The Parador Santa Fe
If you want to stay in beautiful downtown Santa Fe, The Parador is an amazing spot. Authentic New Mexican breakfast with local ingredients and beautiful presentation is complimentary every morning. The Parador is an antique farmhouse converted into a unique and artsy hotel. Each room has a different layout and decorative style and all are very cute. Several have ornate bathtubs and fireplaces. It is pricier than staying outside of downtown, but with our wedding discount, the rate is the cheapest of all the nice hotels (be cautious of anything cheaper, even near downtown Santa Fe, there are some unsafe locations). The Parador is by far my most favorite "hotel" I toured. The Suites have room for 4 people, King size bed in the bedroom and full-size pullout in the living room. Flight
ABQ or SAF airport
Typically, you will have more flight options and cheaper flights going into Albuquerque (ABQ). Meagh’s parents house is about 1 hour 10 minutes from ABQ airport. Santa Fe airport is very small but does have a few nonstop flights from Dallas and Phoenix and maybe one other big city each day. There are less than 5 gates. It is 15 minutes from Meagh’s parents house.
