Wedding Party

Kate Schenk

Matron of Honor

Whether she was standing up for me against the boys or fighting off a literal wasps’ nest after one stung me, Katie has always been a big sister who defends me. We frequently fought as children but now that we’re grown, we have each others’ backs and fight for each other. I am honored that Katie will be my matron of honor and stand with me on my wedding day.

Jennifer DiMarco

Bridesmaid

As one of my older sisters, Jenn taught me many valuable lessons about life: how to navigate teenage drama or, more importantly, how to sneak Burger King into a movie theater. She frequently invited me on her dates with her now-husband, and I am beyond excited for her to stand with me on my own wedding day.

Heather Key

Bridesmaid

When I was in college, my eldest sister drove across the state from Tampa to take me to the emergency room. It is that kind of support that makes me deeply gladdened to share my wedding day with Heather and to have her stand up with me while I marry the man of my dreams.

Alyssa Chisholm

Bridesmaid

My best friend and dear sister-in-Christ, Alyssa and I met in college ministry through H2O. She has always been a beautiful initiator, generous listener, and such a gentle spirit of precious wisdom. Our long distance friendship was cultivated and now flourishes through Bible studies and prayer, Instagram memes and Reels, and stream-of-consciousness voice messages. Even before I was engaged, we already knew we’d be in each others’ bridal parties and I am absolutely thrilled that she will stand with me on my wedding day.

James Luger Long

Best Man

My cousin and I grew up together hanging out at our family's gatherings. After college, we both lived in the same area. We used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings every week or two just to catch up and hang out. We have shared life stories together and have been there for each other. I remember when he told me about this girl he met, who became his wife, I had the privilege of being a best man at his wedding. It's always a fun time when we hang out together and I'm glad he gets to be a best man at my wedding too.

Elton Angoni

Best Man

We met at The Ohio State University College of Optometry and I wouldn't have gotten through school without this man's humor, encouragement, support, and friendship. We spent the time playing board games together, talking about videos games, and laughing about anything and everything. I couldn't imagine him not being at my wedding.

Martin Camper

Groomsman

Being seven years older than me, my brother Martin always seemed to have a lot of knowledge. We had our fun times playing games, and we'd sometimes get into quarrels like siblings do growing up. I've admired how smart and accomplished he's become over the years. Even though we haven't lived in the same house for a long time, I know that if I ever need anything, he'd be there for me. I'm glad he gets to be a part of my wedding day.

Jonathan Richmond

Groomsman

We met at a church community group from the campus church H20 in Columbus Ohio. After I started attending for a while, we hung out in group hangouts after church. I eventually moved into the same house he lived in that housed many of the guys who went to H20 Church in Columbus. We were housemates for a couple of years at The Ohio State University, with me in grad school and Jonathan in undergrad. We would play Super Smash Bros very often with the rest of our housemates. It was such a fun time filled with joy and laughter and we talked about relationships, God, and life. He's always been there for me when I needed a friend.
