We’ve reserved a room block at Outbound Stowe for our guests. There are a limited number of rooms available, so we encourage you to book early using our room block link below or by calling the hotel directly. On the day of the wedding, a shuttle will run from a few hotels—including Outbound Stowe—to our wedding venue. After the celebration, the shuttle will run again to return guests to Outbound Stowe and the other participating hotels. We’ll update our website with the full shuttle schedule as soon as it’s finalized. Outbound Stowe is also just an eight-minute walk from Stowe Cider, where we’ll be hosting our Welcome Party the night before the wedding.

Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa

We’ve also reserved a room block at Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa for our guests. There are a limited number of rooms available, so we encourage you to book early using our room block link below or by calling the hotel directly. Please note that there are a variety of room options with Stowefalke, including townhouses that can sleep anywhere from 4 to 8 people. This is a great option for families or groups who are hoping to lodge together during this trip. On the day of the wedding, a shuttle will run from a few hotels—including Stoweflake—to our wedding venue. After the celebration, the shuttle will run again to return guests to Stoweflake and the other participating hotels. We’ll update our website with the full shuttle schedule as soon as it’s finalized. Stoweflake is also about a 15-minute walk from Stowe Cider, where we’ll be hosting our Welcome Party the night before the wedding. You can walk there easily using the Stowe Recreation Path, which connects directly to the resort.

Sun & Ski Inn and Suites

Sun & Ski is offering a 15% discount off their standard flexible rates for our guests. To receive the discount, please call or email the hotel directly and mention that you’re part of our wedding. (This rate can’t be combined with nonrefundable or third-party bookings, such as Expedia or Booking.com.) To book, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax. Sun & Ski typically offers a 7-day cancellation policy, which means your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least seven days before your stay. If you cancel within seven days of arrival, the hotel will retain the deposit but will not charge the remaining balance or any additional cancellation fees. Please note that for certain busy dates or holiday periods, the cancellation window may be extended to 14 or 30 days prior to arrival. Sun & Ski is directly across the street from Stoweflake—about a one-minute walk—making it easy for guests to access the wedding shuttle. The shuttle will run to and from our venue before and after the celebration, and guests staying at Sun & Ski can simply walk across the street to catch it.
