What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive and be seated roughly five minutes prior to the start time.

Where can I get the shuttle and what is the schedule?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between our hotel blocks and the wedding venue. To the Ceremony & Reception: Pick-Up Locations -Outbound Stowe -Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa Shuttle Departure Times (give or take a few minutes) -2:05 PM -2:30 PM -2:55 PM -3:20 PM -3:45 PM Please plan to be at your hotel shuttle stop at least 5 minutes before your desired departure time. Return Transportation After the Reception: Continuous shuttle service will run between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM from the venue to: -Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa -Outbound Stowe -Alfie's Wild Ride After Party Transportation: After Party Location Alfie's Wild Ride 942 Mountain Rd, Stowe, VT 05672 Continuous shuttle service will run between 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM from the after party to: -Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa -von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort -Please note Outbound Stowe is not included on this list because it is next door to Alfie's Wild Ride

Is Uber available in Stowe?

Answer

Uber is available in Stowe, but there aren’t many drivers in the area. If you plan to take an Uber to the wedding, please allow at least 20 extra minutes for a car to arrive — and consider scheduling one in advance if you know you’ll need it.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony — no phones, photos, or videos, please! We’d love for everyone to be fully present and share in the moment with us. Our photographer will be capturing everything, so you can relax and enjoy — and feel free to take all the photos you’d like once the ceremony concludes!

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal options available?

Answer

Absolutely! While the RSVP card includes beef, chicken, and fish entrée selections, we are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card and/or reach out to Meaghan or Grahame directly, and we'll ensure you have a delicious meal option on the wedding day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dressed to celebrate! The dress code is evening cocktail attire. Since parts of the celebration will take place on grass, we recommend lawn-friendly footwear.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the individuals listed on your invitation attend, as our venue has limited capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Though we love your children, our celebration will be adults-only. Guests with children are encouraged to make childcare arrangements for the evening to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all.
