VT vs. Cal Watch Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Resort Casual or your favorite VT Hokie attire

Join us for a casual football watch party—drop by to say hello or stay for the whole game, whatever works for you! Your Virginia Tech Hokies play the California Golden Bears and we'll have the game on the big screen. We'll also have light snacks, beer/wine. The movie theater will open at 7PM before kickoff at 7:30PM.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Black Tie Optional

The ceremony will be outdoors so we recommend keeping this in mind when choosing heels. The temperature could range from 50s to 70s so it isn't a bad idea to bring a wrap. Please arrive early - the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please refrain from flash photography and silence your phones. (We'd really love for you to put your phones away completely!) Shuttles will be provided to the Old Course Pavilion from the main entrance of the hotel and will return back to the main entrance throughout the evening. Please be ready at the front entrance to take a shuttle no later than 4:35pm 5:00pm Ceremony Cocktail Hour & Reception Following the Ceremony Pavilion at The Old Course
