Tell me about the food!?

Answer

Don't worry about chosing chicken, steak or fish - choose from a great selection of foods in the buffet. While we think we have diets and dietary needs of all types considered, please reach out to Meg with any specific dietary needs.

Is it open bar?!

Answer

As many of you know, we are in the midst of buying and selling a home as we relocate to Portland, ME. Unfortunately, we aren't offering a full open bar, but will be covering as much beer and wine and signature drinks as possible. Thank you for understanding <3

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in a dressy summer style - make sure you can move on the dance floor! Ladies - the wedding ceremoney will be outside on tthe beach and the reception will be in an open air tent with a floor so wear comfortable shoes!

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes - we have a few rooms on hold at the Best Western in Franklin, MA. Please see the Lodging tab for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking onsite at Lake Pearl. Local transportation is also available using Lyft and Uber.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 430pm. Please arrive and be seated by 415pm.

What about COVID

Ya'll - it's been a crazy year and the guidelines are always changing! Right now we are hoping for a mask-free event (unless you want to wear one, please do!) but we, and our venue, will strictly adhear to all state & local guidelines. We strongly encourage those who can to be vaccinated prior to joining us, but we respect everyones choice to be comfortable.

Is the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather depending the ceremony & cocktail hour will both be outdoors. The reception will be held in the lakeside tent. Ladies - terrain includes sand, grass and hardwood floors - plan accordingly!

Can I use my cellphone to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask our friends and family to keep their cellphones on silent and in pockets & purses during the ceremony. We have dedicated people to capture the vows; we want you all to be present with us in the moment <3
