What is the timeframe for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp with a cocktail hour and dinner/festivities planned until 11pm.

Are kids allowed?

While Meagan's nieces will be attending as flower girls, we ask that only the adults addressed on the invitation are present at our wedding. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking for anyone who wishes to drive to the ceremony but cars cannot be parked overnight. Please ensure you have a designated driver for the evening if you plan to bring your own vehicle. Recommended accommodations in Woodinville/Everett are only about ~20 minutes away from the venue. Should you choose to Uber/Lyft in, please note it can be difficult to find a driver in the Snohomish area and can be quite costly in the moment. However, if you take care to schedule your Uber/Lyft for arrival and departure time to and from the venue, you should be able to lock in a lower rate for both trips.

What happens if I don't RSVP by the June 1st deadline?

Answer

To help with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date we've provided which is June 1st, 2023. If we don't receive your RSVP by then, we can't make exceptions and will have to mark you as "will not attend". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you can understand.

What sort of accomodations do you recommend?

The Hampton Inn & Suites (Woodinville) and the Courtyard by Marriott (Everett) are excellent selections to consider. We have a block of rooms reserved at The Hampton Inn & Suites and guests can take advantage of a 10% room rate discount at both hotels. Rooms will likely go fast, particularly for Courtyard by Marriott as there is no group of rooms specifically reserved for our guests there. When you call to make your reservations, mention your inquiry is regarding the Miller/Rush wedding. There are also plenty of AirBnB options close to or in Woodinville proper which offers tons of wine tasting options for a fun activity pre/post wedding!
