When should I RSVP?

We are registered through Zola (this site), Target, and Crate & Barrel.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional! Men can wear a tuxedo, but it’s not a requirement. If they end up going tuxedo-less, wear a formal dark suit and tie instead. Women can go the long evening gown route, but a dressy suit or shorter cocktail dress is fine too!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your kids but have limited space (and intend to party). Please make it a kids- free date night!

Is transportation provided from hotel(s) to the venue?

Answer

We have not arranged for transportation to the party. Uber and Lyfts are available and very affordable to and from the hotel, reception, and hot spots around Richmond. Additionally, most downtown hotels are in walking distance of the John Marshall!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both the church and reception venue. St Mark's Episcopal Church has parking in the rear of the building if you are driving to the reception staying in the hotel, we recommend parking there. If you are driving and live locally, there is street parking (free on weekends and evenings) and a parking deck at 13 North 5th Street for $5/ car.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Richmond International (RIC) is the closest airport. Other airports in driving distance include Newport News/ Williamsburg (PHF), Dulles (IAD), Regan National Airport (DCA), Norfolk (ORF), and Baltimore (BWI).
