When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you let us know if you plan to attend our wedding by July 18th, 2026

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting (and fingers crossing), our ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outside. Our reception dinner and party will be hosted inside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Ladies: Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits preferred). Gentlemen: Black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties preferred)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as Kelly adores her job as a pediatrician, we kindly ask that children enjoy a weekend of pizza, video games, and late nights while their parents attend our wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be buses picking up guests from downtown Charlottesville and returning from the venue. More details to come!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we encourage guests staying in Charlottesville to take provided transportation, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.
