This woman would do literally anything and everything for her family, and frankly, she has and continues to do so! She has so much love in her heart to give, and we love her for that! Julie is Kim's mom but she's also her best friend and confidant; they share a bond unlike any other. Matt's glad to be "in" with Julie because expectations are extremely high, and Julie's glad because he exceeds them! We'll also add, Mom makes the best pho in the entire world. (Don't tell Grandma!)
Mary Barrett McNeil
Mother of the Groom
It's hard to describe in words what Mary means to both Matt and Kim and to the development of their relationship. For those of you who already know Mary, you know that she's extremely thoughtful, intelligent and a natural leader. She has served and continues to be a mom/best friend/mentor for both Matt and Kim, and they can't thank her enough for her invaluable advice, guidance and love throughout their relationship. She's really an amazing woman! Also, if you plan on being best dressed at the wedding, good luck! 'Cause this woman's fashion sense is ON POINT!
Tony Thanh Vu
Father of the Bride
Kim describes her dad as the smartest man she knows; to others he's known as the "Father of Math." Ha! Really though - he's brilliant and generous, and quite the fun guy. He has a uniquely charming personality and lot of stories to share! We can't wait to celebrate with him at the wedding. Oh and his dance moves..... we're looking forward to them!
Todd Stuart McNeil

Todd is the husband and father Matt aspires to be. He's unflinchingly strong - physically, mentally and spiritually. To add, he has the biggest heart and always puts others before himself. We love it when he plays the guitar and sings. We love it when he cooks. We just love being around him! And Kim loves that Matt got his dimple from him! At the wedding, you'll most likely find Todd at the dessert table next to Kady.
Kelly Vu

While Kelly is Kim's younger sister, Kim often describes Kelly as "the better version" of herself. She's smart, beautiful and the most fun to be around! Kelly refers to Matt as her "big brother" and when together, you'll find them slingin' the football around (60+ yards). Come wedding time, Kel will be the one making everyone laugh and getting everyone onto the dance floor!
Tyler McNeil
Groomsman
Tyler is Matt's longest tenured friend, dating back to the mid 80's. He hails from Scotland and is a certified yoga instructor; oh and did I mention a practicing veterinarian!? So proud! Dr. Tyler is one of the most contagiously enthusiastic people we know and also Matt's brother. Be sure and say 'hello' to him and his husband Steven (he'll be the one wearing the kilt).
Kady Vu

Kady is Kim's little sister; she's the youngest of the Vu-crew, but not the shortest - the short sister is Kelly. Ha! Kim describes Kady as sweet, bright, fun and always up for trying anything. At the wedding, you'll most likely find her next to the dessert table.
Bobby Vu

Bobby is Kim's one and only brother - he's got great dance moves, specifically, "shooting" and "orange justice-ing" - look it up! You'd get along with him great if you also love video games, karaoke and dad-jokes. Find him at the wedding for a dance battle or a good ol' dad-joke!
Akilah Huguley Henry

While we met Akilah through our friendship with Jeff, she has absolutely stolen our hearts. What's not to love about a gal who's smart, fun, hilarious and can turn any causal hangout into a memorable party!? Her energy is infectious. We might even say we love her more than Jeff at this point..... we don't know, IT'S CLOSE! They say that, "time flies when you're having fun" and that's certainly the case around Akilah - you'll see at the wedding!

Started as a college classmate, turned roommate, turned cherished friend for life. Jeff and Matt share a sacred space full of talking Broncos, Buffs and all things sports. Who knows how many days of snowboarding or pints these two have shared? Matt describes Jeff as "the man" with the best laugh in the business and a true-to-form homie since Day 1!
Alissa Wong

Queen of the outdoors, snowboarding goddess and one of our very best friends! Matt says Alissa is the sole reason he was able to pass all his engineering classes at CU - she's a smart one! And a fun one! Time spent with Alissa is always a blast. She's the glue that keeps the crew together and fire that fuels our fun times with one another! If you're looking to know more about our history, Alissa is a storyteller, and we're guessing she'd be open to sharing a story or two about us - just ask her!
Dan Watson

Every person in the friend group plays a certain role, and Dan? Well, he's the adventurer; the seeker of new and fun experiences. We say that because he's always suggesting that we all try new things, he's in part responsible for many of the great experiences that we've shared as a couple! We love him for his positive energy and outgoing spirit. Oh, and we have to mention, he's also a true outdoorsman and beer connoisseur. Ask him any of your beer or backpacking questions and we’re certain he can answer them! You’ll easily spot him at the wedding as he's the one with a gorgeous mustache.

Kim describes Theresa as undeniably the guacamole (and the salsa) to her burrito. And Matt describes her as the sweetest gal he's ever met (and that even includes Kim!). Theresa has a kind, generous and loving heart, and has always been like the big sister that Kim never had. Whether they’re chatting for hours, making each other crack up so hard that the other one slips a fart - or eating Ben&Jerrys and ugly-crying over sad movies - their time spent together is nothing short of girlfriend magic. We're so honored to have her in the wedding and lucky to have locked down a wonderful friend for life.
Jimmie Morales

Jimmie and Matt refer to one another as "Mija" - a term of endearment in Spanish which means "my little girl." Ha! But behind the beers, laughter and kidding around, these two hold a deep, complex and one-of-a-kind friendship. Jimmie is Matt's "go-to-guy" and brother for life! Matt says Jimmie has taught him a lot over the years. Wish Jimmie would've taught him some of his amazing salsa dance moves, but there's still some time yet before the wedding!
