Lord have mercy, Alex freaking Duncan. Alex has been my partner in crime for 4 years. I first met Alex after I returned from studying abroad. And to be completely honest, I do not remember when we "became friends". I feel like usually people remember the transition from acquaintances to friends to best friends, but I remember nothing. I moved into the apartment and it felt like we instantly connected. Alex and I have similar opinions and thoughts, but other than that we are opposites. I find this to make an amazing friendship because we balance each other out. I consider her to be a part of my family.

Ever seen Austin Powers? Well, Kathleen growing up was my mini me. We looked so much alike that everyone thought we were sisters. Growing up around our brothers and their friends, Kathleen and I naturally stuck together for survival. We supported each other through everything, especially things our brothers could not relate to. She was the little sister I always wanted. I am honored to have her stand by my side and witness me marry the man of my dreams.

Kelsi Ballard

Kelsi "the baller" Ballard is my inspiration. She is incredibly intelligent, kind, fun, and beautiful. Kelsi is the person I can always turn to no matter what. She gave the best advice, probably because she is so wise and mature. Kelsi is also the most competitive person I have ever met. I am glad we were always on the same team in Intramurals in college, because God help those who were not. She was the reason Gammas were undefeated in women's basketball and former Sweet 16 Drink masters. Kelsi is always down to party so... wedding guests you better be ready!

My brother from another mother, literally because he was adopted. I am so lucky my parents got this guy as a baby because that meant (when I came along) I got to have the best older brother. We still fight like when we were little, but I know he will always have my back. I knew as soon as I got engaged that I needed my brother to be standing by my side.

Adam Volpei

My bestest friend for as long as I can remember. My memory does not go back to a time before I knew Adam. I remember having sleepovers when we were young. And even though college took us away from each other, we have maintained our closeness. Our plan is to eventually buy houses in the same neighborhood. Adam has been with me through all the stages of my life, and I can not think of a more perfect person to stand by my side as I begin my next one.
