The Texas Hill Country is home to over 100 wineries. There are a lot of amazing places to check out in Fredericksburg. Jake and I have a membership to Heath Sparkling Wines for those of you who like bubbles, but we have been to and can speak highly of Augusta Vin, Baron's Creek, Calais, and Fat Ass. If you want more suggestions just reach out to Nicole, Jake, or Google.
Cute small town, country Texas vibes. A good place to walk around and do some light shopping. The roads are narrow and slow, so traffic and delays are common. Give yourself plenty of time for getting around.
Cute little farm. Great for pictures!
A cute little winery right next to Blanco Square. Indoor and outdoor seating available. A good spot for anyone wanting to do some wine drinking, but not wanting to drive to Johnson City.
Nicole and Ruth went here for a short trip. It is a secluded winery. Very new, less than a year old. The wines are very tasty and owner/winemaker Kara is very nice!
This restaurant is in Johnson City which is about a 15 minute drive from Blanco. The food here is amazing! Probably the best fried chicken Nicole has had in a long time.
A beautiful place to visit for great views of the Texas Hill Country. It is a huge place with a restaurant, winery, and brewery. This winery is in Johnson City which is about 15 minutes from Blanco.
