Please visit our booking website and use the passcode provided on the save the date to access resort information and booking info. Kindly note all rooms should be booked through our travel agent by June 1st. Trip insurance is also available to purchase within 14 calendar days of making your booking and before the final payment is due. Please visit the booking website below for more detailed information under the "Book This Trip" tab. 1st Deposit: $150 USD per room to hold the room 2nd Deposit: Additional 50% per person due by April 20th, 2021 Final payment: The remaining balance will be due June 1st, 2021

Travel Note

Getting There

We recommend flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN), just a 20 minute drive from the resort. Private transportation is available when booking your stay with our travel agents. You can also book flights through our travel agents when securing your room in our room block. A passport is required for travel to Cancún. Please visit the State Department's website for information about international travel and obtaining a passport. If you already have a passport, please make sure it hasn’t expired or will not expire within 6 months of your trip (an upcoming expiration has been known to cause issues when leaving Mexico).

COVID-19 Protocols

Safety and cleanliness are of the utmost importance at AMResorts. Please visit this site to learn more about how the resort is taking extra precaution during COVID-19. Note: Jonathan & Alie visited the resort in January and felt safe the entire time! Staff wear masks, temperatures are checked at the door of each restaurant, tables are spaced out and digital menus are used, pool chairs and common areas are sanitized and the resort is working at reduced capacity.
