Jonathan made the 4th of July weekend unforgettable. Thanks to the help of Alie’s family and friends, Jonathan pulled off a surprise proposal on the lawn of the WWI Memorial in Alie’s hometown of Kansas City (this is seriously the best view in KC!) and had a picnic set up with some of her favorites: champagne, a cheese & charcuterie board, flowers and of course, DONUTS. He even hired a local photographer to capture the big moment. The celebration continued at Alie’s favorite brewery, Boulevard Brewing, followed by the best Mexican food & margaritas at Ponak’s. The whirlwind of a day continued later on in Lee’s Summit where a few of Alie’s best friends from college set up a surprise party! It was seriously the best day ever!!
