Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided via a shuttle, and Ubers are widely available throughout Austin and its suburbs. While Austin is not as walkable/pedestrian friendly as DC, it is extremely easy to navigate by Uber. All the hotels and AirBnB recommendations are located in neighborhoods where there are a ton of amenities within walking distance. However, to navigate outside of these neighborhoods or to explore areas outside of Austin, you would need to Uber, or have access to a car. If you're planning on exploring outside of Austin, but are unsure if it will require a car, let us know and we can help you determine if you do/don't need one.

Flights to Austin can get expensive quickly, so it would be best to book your flight as soon as possible. The hotel block will be available until Friday, February 27th, so if you plan on staying at the JW Marriott, please book before that date. March is prime time to be in Austin, so other accommodation will likely become less available as we get closer to the date. TLDR: book travel and accommodation ASAP.
