6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Please join us for welcome drinks & tacos in downtown Austin. Attire: Casual is great. If you’d like to join the Texas spirit, feel free to add some cowboy-style flair.

The Big Day

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal attire is requested.

*Transportation is available for those who want to use it. A shuttle will arrive at the JW around 4:00pm and leave for the venue by 4:30pm.* *Ubers are available to and from the venue.* 5:00 pm: Guests arrive - welcome bubbly 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: I Do's 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Cocktails and bites 7pm - 11pm: Dinner and dancing under the grove *There will be 2 shuttles leaving the venue - one at 9:30pm, and one at 11pm. If you'd like to leave outside any of these times, we suggest using Uber.*
