Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 20th, 2026. We will include an RSVP qr code with the invite/include an RSVP tab on this site once invites are sent!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All wedding events will be held at the Hilton Waikoloa Village- aka Molly’s favorite place on Earth!!!🌺 While we recommend staying on property for the full experience (and convenience!), there are also several nearby condos and Airbnbs in the Waikoloa Village area if you prefer alternative accommodations. For guests not staying at the hotel, Hilton Waikoloa offers day passes that grant access to all the resort’s amenities.

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

It depends on what you want to do! There is a daily parking fee at the resort of $40 per day. If you want to explore without a car, there are many tour operators that will pick you up right from the resort. We use Viator often when we travel, but you can also book tours directly from the hotel.

Question

About the Waikoloa area…

Answer

There is a free hotel shuttle that will take you the Shopping and Restaurants at the Kings Shops (https://kingsshops.com) and Queens Shops (https://www.queensmarketplace.com). There is also an awesome market there, Island Gourmet, ( https:/www.islandgourmethawaii.com/waikoloa/) for fresh food, alcohol, etc. This shuttle will also take you to ANAEHO’OMALU BEACH, a short 5 minute ride. “A-Bay” offers amenities such as Swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, beach volleyball and boat tours.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It's a Hawaii wedding!!! 🌺 So we want the vibe to reflect the setting- vibrant, fun, and full of aloha spirit! Please dress in Tropical Formal attire: Think bright colors, bold prints, flowy fabrics... don’t be afraid to stand out! Men: Aloha shirts or linen button-ups with slacks or nice shorts. No need for jackets or ties unless you want to! Women: Sundresses, maxi dresses- Feel free to go with bold colors or fun prints. Wedges or dressy sandals are perfect, but note that the ceremony will take place on grass.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We understand that it’s a long journey, and while your presence would mean the world to us, we know it may not be possible for everyone. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll miss you deeply! Please just let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.
