There are limited food options at the hotel. There are 2 coffee shops onsite with light breakfast items available to go. Review their website for a full dining list. There are many options at the Kings and Queens Shops just down the road that range from ice cream, a food court to high end dining and everything in between! Uber Eats and Door Dash also offer deliveries to the hotel. If you are able, explore Kona and all of their wonderful restaurants!
Please RSVP by April 16, 2026.
We understand that it’s a long journey, and while your presence would mean the world to us, we know it may not be possible for everyone. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll miss you deeply! Please just let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.
All wedding events will be held at the Hilton Waikoloa Village- aka Molly’s favorite place on Earth!!!🌺 While we recommend staying on property for the full experience/convenience, there are also several nearby condos and Airbnbs in the Waikoloa Village area if you prefer alternative accommodations. For guests not staying at the hotel, Hilton Waikoloa offers day passes that grant access to all the resort’s amenities.
It depends on what you want to do! There is a daily parking fee at the resort of $40 per day. If you want to explore without a car, there are many tour operators that will pick you up right from the resort. There is a Snorkel Bob's that offers many tours, located at the Queens Marketplace nearby. We use Viator often when we travel, but you can also book tours directly from the hotel.
There is a hotel shuttle that will take you the Shopping and Restaurants at the Kings Shops (https://kingsshops.com) and Queens Shops (https://www.queensmarketplace.com). The shuttle cost is $5. If you are traveling with a small group, it may be more cost effective to Uber or it is a short 10-15 minute walk. There is an awesome Gourmet market at the Queens shops, Island Gourmet. (https:/www.islandgourmethawaii.com/waikoloa/) for fresh food, snacks, a poke bar, fresh pastries and alcohol, etc. We stock up there upon arrival. Remember, you have to carry your groceries back to your room! This shuttle will also take you to ANAEHO’OMALU BEACH, a short 5 minute ride. “A-Bay” offers beach amenities such as Swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, beach volleyball and boat tours. It will also take you to Lava Lava Beach Club; an awesome restaurant for lunch, happy hour and sunsets!
It's a Hawaii wedding!!! 🌺 So we want the vibe to reflect the setting- vibrant, fun, and full of aloha spirit! Please dress in Tropical Formal attire: Think bright colors, bold prints, flowy fabrics... don’t be afraid to stand out! Men: Aloha shirts or linen button-ups with slacks or nice shorts. No need for jackets or ties unless you want to! Women: Sundresses, maxi dresses- Feel free to go with bold colors or fun prints. Wedges or dressy sandals are perfect, but note that the ceremony will take place on grass.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outside. The weather in Hawaii this time of year is mid 80’s during the day and mid 70’s at night.
The Hilton is a massive property! Be prepared to walk a LOT! If you plan to so some snorkeling in the area, at the hotel or off property, you can rent equipment by the day or week from Snorkel Bob's, at the Queens Shops https://snorkelbob.com. It is a great, cost effective option. They also offer many great tours! There is no Beach at the Hilton, only the Lagoon, however, A-Bay is a short walk, or shuttle ride away for a fun beach experience.
Of course! They have some great pools, a waterslide, as well as a salt water lagoon for snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc! Almost guaranteed to see Sea Turtles! Go to resortpass.com, search for Hilton Waikoloa Village. A day pass is $50.
