We request that you RSVP by July 19th, 2025.
Only those whose names are on the invitation are invited. However, if your invitation indicates a "Guest" then you are welcome to bring a date. If this is the case and you plan on bringing a date, please indicate so when you RSVP.
We politely request no children at our wedding and events. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Please refer to your invitation for who is invited.
The dress code for the evening will be semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and fancy cocktail dresses. Please do not wear jeans, t-shirts, or flip-flops.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 pm at the venue.
There are many beautiful places to stay in the area! We have identified a few hotels close to our venue that we feel will suit everyone's needs and, for your convenience, have created room blocks for guests. Please find these hotels and room block code under the "Travel" tab.
Yes! There will be three shuttle departures from the hotel to the venue: 3:50 PM, 4:15 PM, and 4:30 PM. Each shuttle seats 28 passengers. To ensure everyone arrives on time, we kindly ask that guests do not all plan to take the 4:30 PM shuttle, as it cannot accommodate everyone. If possible, please consider taking one of the earlier shuttles. At the end of the reception, return shuttles will be available from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. These evening shuttles are more flexible and will run as needed—no one will be left behind.
Yes! Pen Ryn Estate has a large, private parking lot designated for guests attending our wedding. Please follow signs toward "The Mansion" when you enter the property. Cars are able to be left in the parking lot overnight after the event to be picked up the following day.
