Question

When is the RSVP deadline? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

I am driving from St. Pete/Tampa the day of the wedding. What time should I leave?I am driving from St. Pete/Tampa the day of the wedding. What time should I leave?

Answer

Bella Cosa is about 1 hour and 40 minutes from the St. Pete area WITHOUT traffic. Please be mindful that the wedding is on a Thursday and you will have extra traffic with the daily commute. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:45PM. I personally would leave St. Pete no later than 2:00PM just to be safe.

Question

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including children in the ceremony or reception, besides those in the bridal party. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those traveling from out of state, we will be providing babysitters at the venue. Please message McKenzie for more details.

Question

What will the weather be like? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Florida is still very warm in early October! Plan for the 80s :)

Question

What should I wear?What should I wear?

Answer

Formal Attire! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress to impress in your best formal garden party attire. Fall garden colors are encouraged. We would love if the ladies wore long dresses and for the guys, a suit jacket is optional (it's Florida!). Please no jeans, sundresses, & avoid shades of white.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding? Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, however we would love if you tagged us on any social media postings from the reception.

Question

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We suggest staying in the Winter Haven area. This is where all of the local restaurants and bars are located. We have 3 room blocks, and there are booking links on this website. We also recommend Air BnBs in Winter Haven, Davenport, and Haines City areas. If you do not mind driving about an hour to the wedding venue, the Orlando/Disney area has many large family homes to rent in Kissimmee, FL and Celebration, FL.

Question

What is there to do in our free time in this part of Florida? What is there to do in our free time in this part of Florida?

Answer

All of the Disney attractions are less than 45 minutes from the venue and the Winter Haven area. We highly suggest Disney Springs if you are looking for some fun dining options. Downtown Tampa is about an hour from Winter Haven. The closest beach is Apollo Beach which is also about an hour from Winter Haven as well. As the wedding is on a Thursday, extend your trip through the weekend for a mini vacation!

Question

What airport should I fly into? What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Orlando International Airport is about 50 minutes to Winter Haven. Tampa International is about an hour to Winter Haven (all dependent on traffic). I would plan to rent a car as Ubers in this area from the airports can be very pricey for that distance.

Question

Where should I park?Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
