Matron of Honor
"Growing up, McKenzie was just my little sister but as we've gotten older, she's become so much more. She's my best friend, the person I can always count on, and someone I genuinely look up to, both figuratively and literally. I personally have had the pleasure of watching McKenzie and Ethan’s relationship unfold from the beginning. Now, as they embark on this new chapter together, I couldn't be more honored to stand by their side."
Maid of Honor
"Hello everyone! My name is Jess, and I have the incredible honor of being McKenzie’s Maid of Honor. I’ve known this couple for the past six years, and in that time, they’ve become two of my favorite people in the world. I first met McKenzie through Kristin, just before we all started nursing school. After countless late-night study sessions, early morning clinicals, and sangria nights on the beach, we quickly became inseparable. Not long after graduating, Ethan introduced me to some of his hometown friends, and soon enough, our circle grew into something really special. Now we share annual ski trips, Fourth of July celebrations, concerts, game nights, hikes and everything in between. My life has been so much richer since meeting these two, and I truly can’t wait to celebrate their love with everyone!"

"McKenzie and I have been friends since middle school, hard to believe that was over ten years ago! We've shared so many milestones and unforgettable moments together, from high school prom and graduation to getting accepted into UNCW. From the moment we found out, we knew we’d be roommates, and we couldn’t wait to start that next chapter side by side. Like most freshmen, our first year was full of wild ups and downs, but somehow we made it through (without our parents dragging us back home, thankfully!). We clearly couldn’t get enough of each other, after countless late nights spent studying, crying, and snacking our way through exams, we both found out we’d been accepted into the nursing program. We had no idea what we were getting into, but I couldn't have asked for a better person to tackle it all with. From tough exams, long days in the library, and simply enjoying life, McKenzie was always there encouraging and supporting me. Looking back on all the memories we’ve made—traveling, growing up, and figuring out life together—I truly can’t imagine calling anyone else my best friend. I’m beyond honored to stand by her side today and celebrate this beautiful new chapter with her and Ethan!"

“Mckenzie and I first met as brand new nurses in the emergency room in downtown Charleston. We were thrown into the chaos together from day one—late nights, wild shifts, and a whole lot of figuring things out as we went. That kind of experience bonds you fast, and over time, she became one of my closest friends. One of my favorite memories is from our very first double date. Mckenzie and Ethan ordered margaritas that were literally the size of an Olive Garden salad bowl. We spent the whole night laughing (and questioning their decision-making skills), and I think that’s when I knew those two were perfect for each other—equal parts fun. I’m so honored to stand by her side on this day. Mckenzie is one of the most caring, loyal, and genuine people I know, and I couldn't be happier to celebrate her and Ethan as they start this next chapter.”

Watching her relationship with Ethan grow into something so strong and beautiful has been such a gift. It means the world to me to stand by her side as she begins this next chapter with the love of her life. Let’s get these two married!!!"

"Hi my name is Devin and I am SO excited to celebrate Kenzie and Ethan! I met Kenzie when we were random roommates sophomore year of college at UNCW and got to know Ethan when he would visit Kenzie on the weekends. Some of the best moments of college were the weekends Ethan came to visit Kenzie. We had lots of daytime and late night adventures with great chats and lots of laughs! I’ll always cherish these memories and can’t wait to continue to make more while celebrating their marriage!"

Ethan and I met in middle school and are still such good buddies to this day because of how well our hobbies align. My wife, Cassady, and I are so grateful to have shared the experience of traveling to 7 national parks with Ethan and McKenzie, and now I have the honor of being a part of their special day. Cheers to creating lifelong memories with such amazing people."

"I was first met Ethan on move in day as a freshman at ECU. Come to find out we grew up only 30 minutes away from each other and had a few mutual friends and since then our friendship has only grown. I met McKenzie not long after and over the years have made great memories with the both of them. They literally helped plan my engagement with my wife in Charleston. From the beginning you could tell that these two were made for each other. They are two of kind and some of the most spontaneous, genuine, and fun people I know. It has been amazing watching yall grow from kids into who yall are today, not only personally but also as a couple. My college experience was short but I will forever be thankful for my time because it brought me one of my best friends today. I’m proud of you guys and as a friend, I couldn’t be more excited for y’all’s future together."

"Ethan and I met the very first day of college and he has been one my best friends ever since. Ethan and McKenzie are some of the most ambitious and outgoing people I know. I am honored and excited to be a part of their wedding. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!"

"My brother and I have always been adventurous. Growing up, we would roam the woods, play army, and build forts until it was too dark to stay outside. We shared a bedroom as kids, which quickly turned into a WrestleMania arena when it was time for bed. We swam on the same swim team, went on Boy Scout retreats, and played every kind of backyard sport imaginable. But while I played baseball, he played golf. Then I got into hunting... and he still played golf. Even though our interests weren’t always the same, one thing has always united us, our love for our family. And now, it feels like McKenzie has been part of that family all along. I couldn’t be more excited to officially call her my sister-in-law. So, let’s get these two to the altar!"

Now after three years, I’m blessed to be able to call them some of my closest friends. I’ve made memories with Ethan and McKenzie that I will never forget and I’m eager to see what’s to come!"
