The wedding will have a viking theme, and as such, we are encouraging our guests to wear formal "Viking" inspired clothing. Otherwise, typical wedding attire is fine as well. We are also encouraging guests to bring a less formal change of clothing for after the ceremony as all events will be taking place outdoors. Things tend to get a little dirty out here!
Have you ever seen the show "Vikings"? Dress like that! Even if you aren't entirely sure what to wear, we will love the effort. If you're looking for authentic clothes or accessories, check out these online Viking shops! www.grimfrost.com www.norsetradesman.com
Yes, kids are welcome! We tried to include children in the invitation of those we know have children. If we happened to forget, we apologize, and please let us know! There will be plenty of space for children to run around and play.
We are expecting several of our guests to be arriving with newborns/young babies. We would like to keep most of the festivities outside, but we will have the air conditioned house available for changing, feeding, and for parents and babies to cool off if it happens to be an extra warm day.
We included a "plus one" for those of you we believed would be bringing a date. If we did not, and you would like to bring a date, please reach out to McKenzie or Eric.
Yes and no! We will have water, soda, beer, and mead. We are asking that guests bring any additional alcoholic beverages for themselves that they would like to drink. Because we are asking this of guests, please do not feel the need to bring a wedding gift.
Because we are asking guests to bring additional beverages for themselves, we do not have a registry.
Feel free to begin arriving as early as 2pm. The ceremony will begin at 3pm. If you are planning to camp out for the night and would like to arrive earlier to set up, please let McKenzie or Eric know.
We will be asking guests to park along the sides of the driveway. If additional parking space is needed, that will be addressed at that time.
