What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or Formal will be the dress code. They are opting for a more formal setting with their venue and dinner. It will be an October wedding in the Midwest so always plan accordingly.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Majority of the guests will be 21+ They are keeping the guest list as small as they can while still including friends, immediate family, aunts, uncles, and cousins. We are not including the children of cousins since McKenzie's family is the size of a small town.

What is an Irish Exit?

Answer

"An Irish exit, also known as an Irish goodbye or French exit, is when someone leaves a social gathering without saying goodbye to the host or other attendees. It's a quick, quiet departure, often done to avoid the fuss of making a formal exit or to avoid lingering farewells." If you plan on heading out and the Bride and Groom are busy, please feel free to send them a text instead of stopping them to say goodbye. They would like to spend the night having fun on the dance floor instead of continuous goodbyes. They will understand and appreciate it!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

They will include all significant others and partners on your invites which will be mailed out at a later date. You should see your names or "and guest". If your name is the only one listed, there will not be a plus one.

What is the color scheme of the wedding?

Answer

Please feel free to match the color scheme if you would like but it is not required! Black, Dark reds, dark greens, and dusty rose. Bridesmaid color is wine. Groomsmen color is black. Groom color is burgundy. Bride will be in white, of course!
