A message sent on 11/01/2022: "Hey" This led to something neither of them expected. They planned their first date for 11/11/22 at 7 Hills Brewery. There would be trivia that night to keep them entertained while they got to know each other. Turns out, McKenzie had read the event wrong, and they arrived an hour before the start time. This gave them an opportunity to really open up and connect before their competitive sides came out. Team names like "I Teach the Future" and "This'll Be So Easy" went back and forth until Carson climbed to the top. McKenzie got to see Carson's brave side as she watched him play a mini-game on stage to win a free drink. Little did he know, the game led to everyone at trivia learning that his safe words were, weirdly, a bunch of fruits. They continued talking all night, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. Then Carson did something so bold, so romantic: he leaned in and asked, “Do you want to come to my house sometime and look at my *RuneScape account?” That’s when she knew… he would be the one.
