Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle bus that will pick guests up from the Holiday Inn and Suites at Grand Prairie at 3:30 pm and will transport guests to the venue. That way, if you are staying the night at the hotel, your car will conveniently be there for you in the morning. It also helps to eliminate parking congestion at Wildlife, since there could be other events occurring at the park that day and there is limited parking at the venue. The shuttle will then pick guests back up at 11:15 pm to transport them back to the hotel. We have the shuttle for the entire day, so if you are needing to return to the hotel earlier, the shuttle will be available to give you a lift back.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to start time, that way guests have time to find their seats (and parking if needed) and get settled before our wedding ceremony begins.

Question

Will there be a bar available at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have a cash bar that also provides soda and water beverages. We will also have beer kegs, champagne, and a signature drink covered while supplies last. Dinner’s on us, drinks are on you, so if you want to consume, bring a buck or two!
