Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM, so in order to keep the day on schedule, please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM.
Kindly RSVP before September 1st, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after that date will be marked as "no", as we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors the day after the deadline. To RSVP, click on the RSVP button on the website and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you are bringing a plus one, please indicate their name on the RSVP form. If not, please note your "Guest Name Unknown" as "Will Not Attend".
The dress code is business casual or semi-formal (button-downs, khaki’s, dresses, etc.) We also kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream-colored attire. Please prepare for the weather as the ceremony will be held outside. October in Wisconsin can be unpredictable, but the average temperature is about 60 degrees, so bring a jacket!
We love your kiddos, but only the children noted on your invitation may attend. Children under the age of 7 will be given the kid's meal regardless of choices available on the RSVP form. The website does not allow us to exclude the adult options from children. We appreciate your understanding!
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. This is a special day for us, and we will have an incredible photographer there to capture every moment of our ceremony. You are more than welcome, however, to take as many photos and videos as you'd like after the ceremony.
If you find yourself in need of a hotel room after the reception, we have a block of hotels reserved for our guests at two hotels, whose information is listed in the "Hotels & Travel" section of our website. Besides the two listed, there are many hotels around the area, such as the Hilton Garden Inn, The Delafield Hotel, and the Ingleside Hotel. There will not be transportation from the venue to the hotels, so please plan accordingly.
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family to have the first few rows in front. For the reception and dinner, we will have name cards to indicate which table you have been assigned.
