The oldest National Park in Ireland! There are many accessible trails and paths throughout the National Park. Please ensure you dress appropriate for the weather and have comfortable walking shoes, bring drinks snacks and water if your intending to be out for a few hours.
Killarney House & Gardens
Killarney House and Gardens is a treasure of the Killarney National Park that is located on the doorstep of Killarney town centre. The house and gardens offers a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Its weaving pathways through carefully manicured gardens provide an oasis of calm.
Ross Castle
Admission: Adult: €5.00. Group/Senior: €4.00 Child/Student: €3.00 Family: €13.00 Ross Castle, built in the 15th century, is located just outside the town of Killarney on the Ross Road. The admission fee includes a guided tour. As the castle is one of Killarney’s main tourist attractions, it can get quite busy during the peak summer months.
