Please RSVP to all events by Monday, July 13.
Formal attire - no tux necessary but have fun! Please join us in wearing bright colors, fun patterns, and different textiles, but most importantly, whatever makes you feel most comfortable. We are not having bridal parties, so no need to worry about accidentally matching the bridesmaids or groomsman. *Please make sure to bring an extra layer! It gets cold in the mountains as soon as the sun goes down.
Anywhere in the Denver metro area! Whether you find a hotel you prefer or would like to rent an Airbnb, Denver proper, Lakewood, Wheatridge, or Golden are all great options. We will be having most of our festivities in the Denver area, as well as shuttles to the wedding venue leaving from the hotel block. While you can certainly stay at an Airbnb up in Evergreen or Idaho Springs, please know you will need to drive yourself a further distance to join in on the rehearsal dinner and to and from the venue on Saturday (a gentle reminder that cars may not be left at the venue on Saturday, and there is limited parking).
Yes! We welcome all attendees to the rehearsal dinner. We kindly ask that you please RSVP so we have the correct number for a final head count.
Both! The venue has a gorgeous deck where the ceremony will take place (as long as weather corporates). Cocktail hour will be outside as well and the reception will be inside but guests can mingle outside on the deck. It does get cold in the mountains, especially at night. We recommend that guests bring an extra layer in case they get cold.
We plan to have shuttles that will bring guests to and from the venue, leaving from the hotel blocks. Parking is very limited up at the venue and the road is very dark and windy. We kindly ask that if you plan on driving yourself to and from to please let Hannah (860) 965-0863 or Adam (408) 431-7955 know so we can keep track. Guests are not allowed to leave cars at the venue overnight, so if you plan on drinking please take the shuttles.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all take place in one building.
Yes, kids are welcome and should be included in your RSVP selection. If you see that they are missing, please reach out to Hannah or Adam.
Yes, please let us know of any food allergies when you RSVP. Our caterers are already aware some folks have gluten, diary, and nut allergies and are planning accordingly
At the time of your RSVP if you do not see an additional name associated with your party, we politely request that you do not bring a plus one. We have carefully crafted our guest list and taken into account the individuals that received a plus one.
The Mile High City sits at 5,280 ft. (go figure), and our wedding venue in Idaho Springs is just below 9,000 ft. If you have not spent time at high altitude, we recommend spending your first night in Denver so your body has time to acclimatize. Be sure to stay very hydrated with water & electrolyte drinks (Liquid IV or Gatorade) during your entire stay here, and if you drink alcohol be sure to pace yourself; the altitude can creep up on you if you aren't careful. Our wedding venue recommends drinking water and eating at regular intervals, and they also offer oxygen at the bar if guests are having trouble adjusting to the elevation.
Yes, however; there is LIMITED parking at the venue. If you plan to drive yourself to and from the venue, please contact Hannah (860) 965-0863 or Adam (408) 431-7955 and inform them well in advance. Cars are not allowed to stay past 11 p.m. at the venue, so if you plan to drink, please take the shuttles there and back. The road to and from the venue will be very dark and windy at night, so please keep this in mind if you are considering driving yourself.
