For our flyers, we recommend arriving via the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport. We love our little airport! It is roughly a 20-minute Taxi/Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Savannah. Savannah is very walkable, so there is no need to rent a car; however, an Enterprise is conveniently located at the airport for those who choose to do so.
