We have a room block from Friday-Sunday if you feel like you’d like to stay on Friday night. If you decide to come on Saturday call ahead to see if you can get an early check in before 3 pm. If you are not able to get a room early we will have a suite available in the other hotel sharing the parking lot for people to quickly change (more details to come). There will also be restrooms accessible to change into in both hotels. The buses will leave at 2:30 from the hotel parking lot so plan accordingly we recommend getting there at 2!

Shuttles from main hotel to the venue

October 24, 2026 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The buses will LEAVE about 2:30 pm, there will a two 56 passenger bus and two 30 passenger buses. The bigger one will have a bathroom the other will not. Don't miss the bus unless you are planning to drive there yourself!
