Question

How to RSVP

Answer

The RSVP deadline has passed and headcounts for the event have been submitted to the vendors. Responses can not be changed at this time. If for some reason you are no longer able to make it to the ceremony please reach out to the brides or their family ASAP.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns and suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. Please wear a dress shirt or a collared shirt. No jeans, no T-shirts. Out of respect for the brides, please do not wear all black, white, or burgundy. We have a wonderful photographer coming to document our celebration for posterity, so we will be looking our best and encourage you to do the same!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only occasion except for those children specifically listed in the invitations. Therefore, we kindly request that you make alternate arrangements for your children and encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate a specific number of people and ask that you do not bring extra guests unless expressly given a plus one on your invite.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Please see our venue's website for detailed directions to the venue: https://hauevalleyweddings.com/abouthauevalley-1

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking available at our venue! Please note: Vehicles can not stay at the venue overnight, so please arrange for transportation to and from the venue if you plan to consume alcohol. There is a $100 charge per car left overnight; if the car is left past 11 am the next morning, it will be towed. Vehicles can only be driven on the road, not on the grass.

Question

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

We are paying a lot of money for professional pictures, and we will gladly share them with you, so please, please, please do NOT pull out your phone during the ceremony under any circumstances. Phones should be turned off until after the ceremony is over. During the reception, you are more than welcome to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like as long as you share them with us too!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a gift registry for the wedding but we do have a honeymoon fund! We are fortunate to have everything we need to start our life together. If you wish to give us a gift, please feel free to contribute to our honeymoon fund so we can make it a special and memorable getaway.

Question

Venue Rules

Answer

Our amazing venue is doing everything in their power to make our day a dream come true, and in return, they have some rules that we assured them we would follow. These rules are as follows: No outside alcohol, glasses, coolers, etc. No underage drinking, use of illegal drugs, or marijuana use in any form, regardless of qualifications for medical use. No shots of alcohol. Smoking tobacco is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Vehicles can not stay at the venue overnight, so please arrange for transportation to and from the venue if you plan to consume alcohol. There is a $100 charge per car left overnight; if the car is left past 11 am the next morning, it will be towed. Vehicles can only be driven on the road, not on the grass. No fireworks or sparklers. No confetti, glitter, birdseed, feathers, bubble machines, fog machines, or rice. No fake loose flower petals (real ones are allowed). No lanterns, balloons, or floating lanterns. No open flames.
