Yes & No! The Ceremony takes place outside the Inn at Candlelight Farm. The Reception takes place at the Hangar at Candlelight Farm. Guests can park at the ceremony or choose to take the shuttle from the hotel. Once the ceremony ends, guests will be directed to drive or board the shuttle to go to Cocktail Hour & The Reception at the Hangar. The Hangar is just down a path on another portion of the Candlelight Farm property. The drive should take approximately 2 minutes!
Yes! There will be a shuttle at 3:00pm and 3:50pm leaving from the hotel to the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle going back to the hotel at 9:30pm and 10:30pm. The last shuttle will be at 10:30 back to the hotel.

If all goes according to plan, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place 100% outdoors. The reception will be in a open-air barn. The wedding venue is located in the mountains and can be a bit breezy or chilly at night. Please plan to spend a lot of time outside. Indoor accommodations will be made for ceremony and cocktail hour in the event of extreme weather.
If you have an allergy you can notate that on your RSVP card or reach out to the bride and groom directly so that we can pass this information along to the caterer.
There are two dirt lots (one close to the ceremony site, one closer to reception area) to park in. There will be a parking attendant to guide you as well as signs.
There will be a shuttle running back and forth from the venue to the hotel to accommodate guests who are staying at the hotel. Please keep in mind that the distance between the hotel and venue is about 30 minutes and our shuttle will take about 1 hour to return to the hotel once it has left.
