We have blocked off a section of rooms for our out-of-town guests at this hotel. It is right off the highway and a straight shot South from the University of Northern Iowa campus.

Parking Information

There are nine parking lots total located near Maucker Union and three smaller lots with limited spaces. The closest general parking is in Lot A, located on the West side of Gilchrist Hall. You can reach this lot from University Avenue by turning North onto Campus Street. Handicap parking is on the South side of Rod Library, which can be reached if you continue North on Campus Street from University Avenue. There is also a guest drop-off zone on the East side of Maucker Union on Wisconsin Street. There will also be signs posted around campus directing you from Lot A to Maucker Union.

If you would feel more comfortable and safe getting a ride to the ceremony and back to your hotel afterward, we recommend reserving a ride with Uber. You can do this through their website or through their app.
