Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport: MSY

New Orleans airport tends to be the cheaper option with nonstop flights of the two airports but it is a slightly further drive to Hattiesburg. It is one hour and 45 minute drive.

Hattisburg Laurel Regional Airport: PIB

A closer airport than New Orleans, which is approximately 20 minutes away from downtown Hattiesburg, but tends to be higher priced on flights and there isn't any nonstop flights if that's what your prefer. Gulport-Biloxi International Airport is 1 hour and 14 minutes away but seems to be the highest in price of the three airports.

Hattiesburg is appoximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport. However, Hattiesburg is a city so once you arrive taking an Uber is an option.

We highly recommend airbnb over hotels if you are planning to stay in Hattiesburg for a few days. Having a kitchen will benificial. Guests for each airbnb can hold groups as small as 2 or as big as 30.

This is a beautiful campground with 12 cabins and 2 duplexes, some newly renovated, 125 RV campsites with full hook ups, group camping and primitive campsites. This campground is 26 minutes from wedding site.
