Hotel rooms are blocked in Waconia (see details below). Check-in at the AmericInn Hotel begins at 3:00 P.M. each day. We will have a shuttle bus service available if you'd like a ride to and from the venue (the venue is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel). Please note: vehicles are not allowed to be parked overnight at the venue. The bus will arrive at the hotel around 3:00 P.M. Feel free to hop on whenever you're ready! The bus will leave for the venue at 3:45 P.M. The bus will arrive at the venue and leave for the hotel in Waconia at approximately 10:45 P.M. Reception ends at 11:00 P.M. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle bus service even if you aren't getting a hotel room. If you have any questions about the bus, feel free to contact Sam at 952-381-7828.
