Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the ceremony! We love our friends and family and that includes their children! We will have a kid's room in the venue with babysitters. Food and entertainment will be provided to them so that the adults can stay and enjoy the entire reception! Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be bringing your child so we can arrange to have an appropriate number of babysitters.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block for our guests through the DoubleTree by Hilton in Danvers that is 6 minutes from the venue and will have shuttles provided. There is a list of other hotels in the area on the travel tab if the room block is filled. Please do not leave booking a hotel to the last minute. October in Massachusetts is a very hectic time, and hotels book up very quickly. Especially since the venues is in close proximity to the local MA haunt of Salem. Hotels also will not allow early check ins in October due to it being "busy season", and check in is typically at 4pm.

Answer

Hotels in the area during October will be very busy. The DoubleTree by Hilton advised that guests look to book rooms and arrive the day before. This will be "busy season" for them and early check-ins will not be allowed. Check-in will be at 4pm. They are able to hold bags, but the rooms will not be available any earlier. Please plan accordingly, we don't want to miss you at the ceremony!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided to and from the event. Pick up and drop off will be the DoubleTree hotel. Times of pick up from the DoubleTree are 2:45pm and 3:21pm, for last arrival before the ceremony at 3:40pm. Times for pick up from the Connemara house to the Doubletree are 9:30pm and 10:30pm, for arrivals to the DoubleTree at 9:36pm and 10:36pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you drive to the venue separately there is a parking lot located on the property that will be clearly marked with signs that can hold up to 90 cars.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress formally, but with appropriate footwear. The ceremony will be outdoors in an orchard. There will also be apple picking if you would like to partake. The happy hour and reception will have flooring.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

All food allergies will be taken seriously, and the caterer will be notified.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to avoid missing our most awaited moments! Please keep in mind that in October hotel check in times tend to be around 4pm.

Please RSVP as soon as you possibly can, but by no later than September 17th, 2026. Thank you.
