Utah Lake State Park
Only about 20 minutes from downtown Mapleton, Utah Lake State Park offers a variety of activities from swimming in the marina, hanging out on the beach, or enjoying a picnic under one of the cabanas, there is something for everyone to enjoy. They also have a disc golf course set up inside the park.
Deer Creek State Park
Deer Creek reservoir and park are extremely popular for outdoor recreation and camping, less than 45 minutes from Mapleton where the wedding venue is located. Great for a day trip out on the water, major park activities include boating, water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, and fishing.
Hobble Creek Golf Course
Looking for a day on the green? Only 10 minutes from Mapleton, Hobble Creek Golf Course offers provides golf enthusiasts an extraordinary opportunity to refine their sport, feed their passion for golf, and enjoy the great outdoors. This regulation, 18-hole championship golf course offers a pro-shop, snack bar, driving range, putting greens, and chipping green.
Maple Canyon Trail

Located in Pleasant Grove (between Salt Lake City and Provo) Manila Park offers baseball, tennis, and soccer facilities as well as Discovery Park, a great playground for kids! About half an hour from downtown Mapleton, this is a great park to explore and play.
