Once you book your flights & hotel, please fill out this form with your travel details. This will help us & our wedding planner know when everyone is arriving & where everyone is located so we can help you book your shuttles to and from the Cancun Airport.

Shuttle from Cancun Aiport to Tulum

We highly recommend booking a private shuttle transfer to and from the airport. We're using a company called Canada Transfers for our transportation. You're more than welcome to use any company you would like to, there are several reputable and reliable services out there. If you're interested in booking Canada Transfers please email Luis Gaston at groups@canadatransfers.com. Mention you're booking for Carly & Tim's wedding in Tulum on 11/13 and he’ll setup the reservation. Given that most guests will be arriving at the same time, we’ll be able group guests in multiple shuttles. The total cost of the van can be split between everyone in the shuttle, which Luis will do for you. Note that a round trip shuttle to and from Tulum typically costs ~$200 (which would then be split across the parties in that shuttle).

Kanan Tulum

Price: $$ -$$$ This is where the bride and groom will be staying. Kanan is literally built into the jungle, has an awesome pool with a swim-up bar, grotto, and a great beach area where they serve food in drinks. The rooms are large with rustic wooden tubs, high quality showers and amenities. All rooms have a beach front view and a terrace. Really cool rooftop - not many of those in Tulum. It has a restaurant as well as a bar on the roof with expansive jungle and beach views. Great for the 'gram. Casa Ganesh

Price: $$ A chic and small boutique hotel located right in the center of the the action. Casa Ganesh is a more budget friendly option than some of the other hotels in the area, but offers many of the same amenities (bikes, beach front area etc.) The hotel is part of the Ahau Collection, so it has a similar vibe to Kanan, where the bride and groom are staying. The rooms are efficient, but have spacious bathrooms and an authentic design touch. No restaurant at this hotel, however you're just steps away from the many options on the main strip. Ana y José Hotel & Spa

Price: $$ - $$$ Ana y Jose is a long-time Tulum favorite. Carly and her family actually stayed here about 15 years ago before Tulum really blew up, and it's managed to stay a top-rated hotel ever since. The hotel has an AMAZING restaurant and several other great amenities, including a pool and spa. The hotel offers regular sized hotel rooms (some of which are their own individual beach huts) as well as larger villas that can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a great option for those that are interested in staying with another group. Highly recommend. Walking distance to venue: 9 minutes

Price: $$ Another great hotel option on the more affordable side. Coco Beach is a rustic-chic beach hotel with a beautiful pool and restaurant. Also a great beach club. Walking distance to venue: 14 minutes

Alaya Tulum

Price: $$ - $$$ Alaya is a smaller property that emphasizes sustainability. The rooms have a rustic tree-house feel. AC only runs 7pm - 9am. They have bikes you can rent right on the property for a very low price ($10/day). Their beach front is small, but intimate and relaxed. The hotel is centrally located in the strip, just a few minute walk from the wedding venue and Tulum's best restaurants. They are right across the street from a new plaza with an excellent cafe with smoothies, juices, toasts, coffee and more. A great option to be out and about with a quiet, relaxing place to come home to. Price: $$ - $$$ This hotel is a great option for guests looking to experience the jungle, beach hut vibes Tulum has to offer. It has a great beachy atmosphere, gorgeous rooms, a pool, and serves up AMAZING tacos and margs! This was one of the top contenders when deciding which hotel to stay at for our wedding weekend. Highly recommend. Walking distance to venue: 15 minutes

Price: $ - $$ Hip Hotel is a smaller hotel by the same group as Ana y Jose. Great affordable option on the beach road. This is in the south section of the beach road, and a much quieter location away from the hyper of the main area. The hotel is also close to Wild, where the rehearsal dinner is taking place. Walking distance to venue: 12 minutes

Price: $$-$$$ A chic, calm boutique beach front hotel. Not as colorful or exuberant as some of Tulum's other beachfront hotels, but has a more sophisticated, chill vibe. An excellent beach scene, restaurant and hotel property. Similar to a Nomade or Be Tulum atmosphere, but for a lower price point. They also have a variety of room sizes and price points. The bathrooms were very cool with large cement tubs, the feeling like you were outside, although still having the convenience of an indoor bathroom. Walking distance to venue: 2 minutes

It is above Loco Tulum, a great restaurant that we will be having our welcome drinks event at after the rehearsal dinner. The restaurant closes by 11pm, so do not worry about loud noise late into the night. Walking distance to venue: 13 minutes

Price: $$ - $$$ Gorgeous resort with an oceanfront swim up pool bar! The 21 rooms front the ocean or a lush garden that flows naturally toward a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. The rooms have an earthy modern quality, with polished concrete, cut stonework, wicker, exotic woods, jute curtains, and subdued lighting. Walking distance to venue: 17 minutes

Price: $$$ If you want to feel like you're in Tuscany, Mexico and Napa all at once, stay here. Flowers and vines decorate brick and stucco buildings. Absolutely stunning and seclusive vibe. Relatively small property with a restaurant perched atop a hill that overlooks the water and their narrow, but pristine beach front. Further down the strip from the main area of restaurants, which you trade for this unmatched, secluded oasis vibe. Walking distance to venue: 18 minutes

Price: $$$ One of the most popular hotels in Tulum. If you can swing the price, we highly recommend. The design is very bohemian, artsy and truly tucked into nature. They have daily yoga, lots of creative events always happening around the grounds, and an included breakfast buffet that is UNREAL - huge perk. Nomade is the sister hotel to Be Tulum and shares the same beachfront, which is one of the best in Tulum. The beach scene is very chill, with great music and lots of people watching. Note: some rooms have an outdoor bathroom. I recommend looking into rooms with an indoor bathroom unless you want to risk brushing your teeth in the occasional rain storm. Walking distance to venue: 22 minutes

Be Tulum Hotel

Price: $$$$ This is definitely one of the most luxurious hotel options on the strip. Similar to attached sister hotel, Nomade, Be Tulum has a serious jungle vibe going on. You walk through a dense path of lush trees to get to the rooms, which are artfully decorated with overpriced bohemian artifacts. They often have DJs playing for a relaxed and chill beach party. Great decor, service, food, and cocktails. Also like Nomade, breakfast is included. Really one-of-a kind vibe here - sophisticated luxury in the jungle! Walking distance to venue: 20 minutes
