Hotel
We have made arranagements for our guests at the Collegeville Courtyard Marriott (Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville), which is about 2 miles down the street from our wedding venue. While our discounted room block closed on 9/2, you can still book a room at the hotel's normal pricing rate at the link below. A breakfast buffet with the bride and groom and their families will also be provided the morning after the wedding for those who choose to stay overnight. Saturday's breakfast will be held downstairs in the hotel from 8am-10am. Dress is very casual for the breakfast, just be comfy.
Shuttle
October 3, 2025 4:30 pm
A shuttle bus is available for our guests, running between the hotel and venue both before the ceremony begins and after the reception ends. Shuttle times from the hotel to the venue are set for 4:45pm and 5:10pm. ***PLEASE NOTE: Based on the high number of guests we have staying at the hotel and the shuttle's capacity, we STRONGLY encourage ALL guests to be ready and prepared to catch the 4:45pm shuttle, to ensure everyone makes it to RiverCrest on time for our 5:30pm ceremony, as the shuttle bus will only be completing these two loops prior to the ceremony. After the wedding ends (around 11pm), we'll keep the party going back at the hotel courtyard! Another two loops of the shuttle bus will be run at this time.
