Our venue provides a fun space for a more relaxed celebration after the formal festivities. The bar will remain open and we will provide a late night shuttle (12:30AM) back to the hotel for those that want to keep the good times rolling with us. If you think you are likely to take the late night shuttle and are staying at the SpringHill Suites, please RSVP to this portion of the event.
Unlikely. Foresthill is a small mountain town and rideshare options are very limited. Plan on taking the provided shuttle if not driving.
Unfortunately we only have space for our nieces and nephews.
Dinner will be buffet style with clearly marked allergens. If you have a more unique concern, please reach out to see how we can accommodate.
All rooms at the lodge are reserved for family and wedding party.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors but the dinner and reception will be inside the lodge.
August can get hot! That time of year usually brings sunny skies with a high of 90+ and a low of 60 in Foresthill, CA. The ceremony space will be mostly shaded.
There is free overnight parking at the lodge if you chose to drive or if you’re staying at the lodge. There is limited parking at the ceremony site so please plan on carpooling or taking the provided short shuttle (approximately 2 miles from lodge).
Shuttles will be provided to bring guests from the lodge to the ceremony site and back for cocktail hour.
Shuttle RSVPs are for guests staying at the SpringHill and Suites in Auburn. All guests will have space on a shuttle from the lodge to the ceremony site and back. If you have any questions, please reach out for clarification! Shuttles back to SpringHill Suites Auburn will run 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30. If you are staying at a nearby hotel in Auburn, please let the shuttle driver know and he can drop off at alternative locations at the end of the night. The only pick up site before the ceremony is at the SpringHill Suites hotel in Auburn.

You can either arrive at the lodge for pre-ceremony appetizers at 3:30 or at 4:30 when shuttles begin to take guests to the ceremony site. Guests will begin to be seated for the ceremony at 4:30 but the ceremony will begin at 5PM.
