Second Shuttle from SpringHill Suites Auburn

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Skip the pre-ceremony appetizers. Bus will still stop at the Lodge for a quick pit stop while ceremony site is getting prepped.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Meet at the lodge to hop on a provided shuttle or carpool over to the site which is about 2 miles down the road. Please do not arrive at to the ceremony site before 4:30. Ceremony seating will begin at 4:30, the ceremony will start at 5PM.

Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Let’s eat, drink, and dance the night away!

After Party

There will be a few light bites and a whole lot of fun! Late night shuttles will run hourly to return guests back to the hotel.
