What measures are you taking regarding COVID-19?

Answer

As future physicians, we are taking this pandemic seriously. We recognize how difficult the decision may be for you to attend given the virus rates and your individual circumstances. To minimize adverse COVID outcomes from our special day, we are asking that all guests be fully vaccinated to attend in person. We will also have masks available for those who wish for an extra layer of protection. Our ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, and our venue is open with room for social distancing.

Do I have to bring proof of COVID-19 vaccination?

Answer

We will not be checking vaccination cards at the venue. We will be using the honor system and encourage any guests who have questions to reach out to us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5pm. Transportation will be provided if you stay in the Marriott - shuttles will leave at 4:15.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Free shuttles will take everyone from the Courtyard Marriott to Proctor Farm and return trips will occur throughout the evening until the end of the event.

How do I get to Proctor Farm?

Answer

Address: 2591 Fouche Gap Rd. From Atlanta: Take 75 North, exit 306 and take a left on Hwy 140. Stay on Hwy 140 for 15 miles until you dead end onto Hwy 27. Take a right on Hwy 27 and go 2.5 miles, turn left on Sikes Storey Road. Make the next left onto Big Texas Road. Go 8.9 miles on Big Texas Valley Road until you reach Fouche Gap Rd. on the left. Take Fouche Gap Road and we are the 2nd driveway on the right. From Broad St in Downtown Rome: Broad St --> turn right on 2nd Ave. Keep right to continue onto GA 101 N. Continue onto US 27 (N Martha Berry Blvd NE) for 11.6 mi. Turn left onto Sike Storey Rd. Take the first left onto Big Texas Valley Rd (8.9 miles). Turn left onto Fouche Gap Rd, 2nd driveway on the right.
