When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by May 15, 2023. Please RSVP using this website and let us know if you have any questions!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes! We are registered through the Zola website and through the department store, Bloomingdale's. For the Zola registry, you can make all selections through this website. You can find our Bloomingdale's registry at www.bloomingdales.com/registry or visit a local store in person.

Where should we stay?
Answer
We have reserved a room block for the convenience of our guests! Patrick and I will be staying at the Three Seasons Resort and we hope you can join us.

How can we reserve a room at the Three Seasons Resort?
Answer
The best way to reserve a room is through the website, threeseasonsresort.com. You can also call the inn directly. The contact number is 508-398-6091. Please provide the group code, MBW, for the discounted rate. There is a 2-night stay required.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 9th, 2023 at the Wychmere Beach Club. Please plan to arrive at the property starting at 2:30 PM. There is complimentary self-parking offered to all guests. Parking is not reserved and is on a first come first serve basis.

How do I book a room at the Chatham Bars Inn?
Answer
If you prefer to stay at another nearby resort, we recommend Chatham Bars Inn! Please contact the resort directly and indicate you are a part of the McGauley-Boor Wedding when booking. There is a 4-night stay required and seasonal pricing applies. There is no reservation deadline but we recommend early booking.

When should I reserve a room by?

If you choose to stay with us at the Three Seasons Resort, please reserve your room by March 31, 2023. You can cancel 30 days prior to the event in case your plans change!

Do you have any hotel recommendations in general?
Answer
There are lots of places to stay on Cape Cod! In general, we suggest booking early as accommodations fill up very quickly during the summer season. If you would like additional recommendations, please feel free to reach out.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please email mcgauleyboorwedding@gmail.com any dietary request so we can best accommodate you! You can also indicate any food preferences through the RSVP section of our website.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Throughout the weekend, we encourage guests to use ride share services such as Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services (Cape Cab, Town Taxi). During the summer months, these services are readily available on Cape Cod. On the day of the wedding, there will be a shuttle service offered from Three Seasons to the venue at scheduled times. There will be one shuttle leaving at 2:30 PM for all guests at the Three Seasons Resort. Shuttle services will be offered at the end of the night starting at 9:15 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The most important thing is that our guests are comfortable! Our dress code is formal. A few recommendations include floor-length dresses, midi dresses, tea-length dresses, or knee-length dresses, suits, and ties. We recommend block heels, formal sandals, and sunglasses as the ceremony is scheduled on the beach (weather permitting).

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at the Wychmere Beach Club at three o'clock in the afternoon on July 9, 2023. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the beach. In the event of stormy skies, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Are there any wedding events on Saturday?
Answer
We hope to spend the weekend with our closest family and friends! Weather permitting, we hope to spend Saturday by the pool and beach at the Three Seasons Resort and we hope you can join us!

In general, Cape Cod has so much to offer throughout all the seasons and especially in the summer months! We have listed a few options on our "Things To Do" section of this website. Is there anything to do on Friday?
Answer
If you are in town early, stop by The Sea View for a small welcome reception. Please RSVP on our website to let us know you are coming. There will be small bites and a cash bar. There will be a live Irish band playing for the evening.

Is there parking at the Three Seasons Resort?
Answer
Yes, when you make a reservation at the Three Seasons each room comes with a parking spot. Please note there is only one parking spot per room.

Is there parking at The Sea View?
Answer
The Sea View is the venue in which Patrick and I are having our welcome celebration on Friday, July 7 PM -9 PM. There is parking onsite if you would like to drive. If you are staying at the Three Seasons Resort, it is a 6 minute walk from the inn.

The health and safety of our guests is our priority. If you have any concerns including handicap accessibility, food allergies, masking guidelines, etc., please email mcgauleyboorwedding@gmail.com and we would be happy to accommodate you!

Is there an after party?
Answer
For guests staying at the Three Seasons Resort, please join us for a nightcap starting at 11:45 PM on the property! If you are staying at the Three Seasons, feel free to bring your beverage of choice to where the beach bar is located. Please note, the bar and restaurant affiliated with the hotel will be closed after 9:00 PM-this is BYOB. Please no glass containers.
