Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Shuttles will run from Club Wyndham, the Double Tree and the Fairfield Inn starting from 3:30pm and last shuttle will leave at 4:30pm. Please plan to get their early as it is a 20 min trip to the venue. There will also be a shuttle from the venue to the hotels starting at 9pm to 11 pm

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into the Durango-La Plata County Airport.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels and cabins in the area. We do have a discounted link provided on the travel tab of our website for the DoubleTree and we are working on a hotel block for the Fairfield Inn. Both hotels are located within walking distance to Downtown Durango. We also plan on having shuttles from these locations. If you decide to stay at a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own transporation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue. We do plan on having a shuttle services from the hotels we mentioned for the ceremony and for the end of the night.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting children to those of family and to the members of the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
