This hotel does NOT require a 2 night stay. There is not a book by date, the discounted block is valid as long as the hotel has rooms available. We have a room block reserved under Henneman/McDonel Wedding. This room block must be booked via telephone by mentioning our room block. This hotel does NOT require a 2 night minimum. Booking required before 4/14/2026. Please note the shuttle does not pick up at this hotel, but the shuttle is picking up and drop off next door at The Cove.

Bella Vista Suites

There is a room block reserved a Bella Vista Suites under the name McDonel-Henneman Block. Reservations for this hotel must be made over the phone and mention our room block. This hotel does NOT require a 2 night stay. Booking required before 4/29/2026. Please note the shuttle does not pick up directly at this hotel, but it is located 0.2 miles from The Cove and is approximately a 2 minute walk to the shuttle pick up location. This hotel is a great option for those wanting to utilize the shuttle service.

There is a room block reserved for our guests at Comfort Inn Lake Geneva East under Henneman-McDonel Wedding. This hotel does NOT require a 2 night minimum stay. Reservations for this block can be reserved over the phone by calling 262-248-2300 and mentioning Henneman-McDonel Wedding. Please note that the shuttle does not pick up or drop off at this hotel, and is approximately 1 mile away from the pick up at the hotel. This hotel may be a better option for guests using uber/lyft or their own form of transportation.

The Geneva Inn

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and is the only hotel in Lake Geneva on the east side of the road that sits directly on the water. Although there is no discount code or room block at this location, it is still a great option if your looking for a four star hotel to stay at! This hotel is about 2.5 miles south of the pick up location of the shuttles. This location also requires a minimum of a 2 night stay on your reservation.

Maxwell Mansion Hotel

This is one of the most unique hotels in Lake Geneva and is a great option to stay at. There is no provided room block or discount code at this hotel. This hotel is about a half mile west of the pick up location.
