Once you receive your formal invitation, you can use the QR code to RSVP through our website. Please RSVP by September 3, 2026. This ensures we can provide accurate headcounts to all of our hard-working vendors. If you RSVP yes and find out you cannot make it, please reach out to let us know.
What is the dress code? We are so excited to celebrate with you and want to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Our dress code is formal attire. Suits with a jacket, tie, and dress shoes, midi, tea-length, and floor-length dresses or jumpsuits are all welcome. Are there any colors/fabrics I shouldn't wear? The bridesmaids will be in shades of green, and we will be using a variety of earthy, fall colors throughout the wedding, so feel free to use that as inspiration. Please avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride-white, cream, or ivory- and please, no jeans or casual wear. Please note that our ceremony will be held in an outdoor, grassy area, so take extra precaution if wearing heels!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 4 PM and no later than 4:20 PM to ensure you are seated in the ceremony area before the start time.
While we do love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as adult-only events. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are excited to celebrate this day with those closest to us. Due to space, budget, and planning constraints, we can only accommodate those explicitly invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your formal wedding invitation and under your name when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for understanding!
We will provide an optional transportation service from a central location near our hotel recommendations to the venue and back. Please see the travel page for our hotel recommendations! More details will be available soon. IMPORTANT: Please note that while you can get an Uber to our venue, there is limited cell reception and ride shares in the area. Getting an Uber after the ceremony or reception will likely be impossible. Please plan accordingly.
Our wedding will be at the Upper Ranch portion of Spruce Mountain Ranch. There is ample parking located right outside of the ceremony and reception space. There is plenty of signage to help guide you from the entrance towards the correct parking lot.
No! We know it is exciting that our beautiful venue is an actively running cattle ranch, but it is not a petting zoo. Please do not try to pet or approach the cows.
Some details may be added to this page as we get closer to the big day, so please check back frequently for updates! Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns!
