Alternatively, you can call the hotel directly at (970) 306-0139 Monday through Saturday from 8am-4pm and mention the McDonald Palm Wedding Room Block. This hotel is at the foot of the road heading up to Piney River Ranch and will be where all shuttles depart from and return to. It offers easy access to the interstate as well as Vail Village. You can also enjoy daily shuttle service that takes guests back and forth from the hotel to Vail Village and Lionshead throughout the day. Guests may request shuttle service by calling (970) 476-1234. Hours 8am-10pm (check with guest services for no seasonal changes).

DEN (Denver International Airport) is the simplest and cheapest airport to fly into for guests. It is approximately 120 miles from Denver to Vail; we suggest allowing 2 hours for the drive. Rental cars are available to reserve at DEN with all major car services.

EGE (Eagle County Regional Airport) is 30 miles west of Vail, and is the primary airport in the Vail Valley. Flights to EGE tend to be more expensive (and connect through DEN), but this provides a viable second option.
