If you Google this address, it mentions a Badger Bench Lane - this road, if I remember correctly, either doesn't exist or it occurs closer to town. If you end up on Black Pine Road, you're in the right place! There will be signs - just follow those! From either direction (Drummond/Missoula or Anaconda/Butte), search for Black Pine Road. That will be the surest bet to get you where you need to be. From Drummond, Black Pine Road is almost 24 miles exactly. It will be your first right after you head out of the canyon from Hall (it's marked Black Pine, but does come up quickly). If you're coming from the Anaconda direction, you're going to go 2.1 miles from the main Philipsburg town entry (the one near the Sunshine Station). It will then be a left - again, it will be marked!
