Notre Dame Campus Tour
We have organized a private campus tour at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 30. If you are interested in participating, please meet the tour guide at the Eck Visitors Center. The tour will last around 90 minutes. If you have any questions about the tour, please reach out to John at 847-682-4292.
Wedding Day Transportation
Transportation to the Ceremony: Shuttles will transport guests from the Embassy Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at 2:00 pm for our ceremony. The Morris Inn is a short walk from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Transportation from the Reception: Shuttle service will begin at 8:30 pm from the Morris Inn and transport guests back to the hotels. This service will conclude at the end of our celebration. Please refer to the printed schedule in the welcome bags!
Parking Details
Please note that the Main Entrance at Notre Dame will be partially closed for construction. You can still access the Bookstore and Morris Inn through the Main Entrance on Notre Dame Avenue. However, if you are driving to the Basilica, please enter the East Gate of campus which can be reached via this address: Wilson Dr & Holy Cross Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556. Further driving instructions below: Head south on Notre Dame Avenue to the first intersection, which is Holy Cross Drive. Turn left, or east, and follow Holy Cross Drive until the road dead-ends at Leahy Drive. Turn left, or head north, on Leahy until you get to Bulla Road. Turn left on Bulla and at the next intersection, turn right (north) on Wilson Drive. The next intersection is Holy Cross Drive. Turn left, or head west, on Holy Cross Drive, which will take you to the East Gate.
BRU Burger Bar - South Bend
BRU Burger is located on Eddy Street. It's quick walk from Embassy Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites. We recommend the BBQ nachos, the sriracha caesar salad, and mexicali BBQ burger!
Rohr’s
Rohr's is located in The Morris Inn. It's great spot for dinner or a drink before our cocktail hour. We recommend the brussel sprouts, the cheese and stout fondue, the avocado salad, and of course, a Hesburgh manhattan!
O'Rourke's Public House
O'Rourke's is located on Eddy Street. It's quick walk from Embassy Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites. We recommend the loaded fries, southwest chicken wrap, and the O.G. mac!
Crooked Ewe
Crooked Ewe is short drive from campus. It has great food and beer selections. We recommend the elote hushpuppy, pulled pork tacos, and poke bowl!
Traditions
Traditions is located in the Embassy Suites. It's a nice spot for hotel guests to gather for dinner or a drink.
Salon Nouveau Day Spa
Salon Nouveau is great spot for a blowout or other hair styling needs before the ceremony. There's a location on Ironwood Drive and in Downtown South Bend. Both locations are only a 7-10 minute drive from campus.
The Beehive
The Beehive is another great spot for day-of hair styling or touch-ups. It's about a 7-10 minutes drive from campus.
