Our Ceremony

Formal Attire
The Basilica is open to guests starting at 2:30 PM. Please make sure you are seated by 2:45 PM, as our Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. The ACE building (Carole Sandner Hall), which is right across from the Basilica, will be open to our guests, if you arrive early. We will have shuttles running from the Embassy Suites & Fairfield Inn and Suites to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart starting at 2:00 pm. You can find more information on our Wedding Weekend Details page. For those driving to campus, please note that the main entrance is partially under construction. You can still access the Bookstore and Morris Inn through the Main Entrance on Notre Dame Avenue. However, if you are driving to the Basilica, please enter the East Gate of campus which can be reached via this address: Wilson Dr & Holy Cross Dr, Notre Dame, IN 46556. You will be able to park in the Grotto Lot, which is right behind the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Masks are optional for all visitors to Notre Dame.

We'd love for our family and friends to gather on the steps of the Main Building (or the "Golden Dome") for a group photo. Please exit the Basilica immediately following the ceremony. It is only a short walk away!

Formal Attire
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 PM with dinner and dancing to follow. The Morris Inn is within walking distance from the Basilica. There's also parking available on-campus at the Bookstore lot (which is a quick walk to the Morris Inn) or by valet at the Morris Inn. We will have a shuttle service to the hotels starting at 8:30 pm and running until the end of the celebration. You can find more information on our Wedding Weekend Details page.
