Room Block Information
How to book at UNICO: If staying at UNICO, book through the link below or by emailing our booking agent. Booking Agent: Patricia Aquino Email: paquino@unicohotelrm.com Booking Instructions: 1. Standard Stay (Nights between May 8–11, 2026) Click “View” below to book 1–3 nights between Friday, May 8 and Monday, May 11. 2. Adding Extra Nights Book your main stay using the link below, then email Patricia Aquino with: - Your confirmation number - The room type you booked - The additional dates you’d like to add 3. Different Room Types If you’d like a room type not listed in the booking link, email Patricia directly and she will handle your reservation. - Tell Patricia you are with the April and Mitchell Davis Wedding Block Rooms must be booked by January 19, 2026 to receive the group discount. We apologize for any inconvenience with this booking process. We know it can be a little confusing, but the hotel requires all reservations to follow this procedure in order for guests to be included in the wedding group. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to help with the process if you need any assistance!

Transportation to/from the Airport and Hotel
You can fly into either Cancun or Tulum Airports. Estimated Travel Time to UNICO from Cancun Airport: 1 hour, 15 minutes Estimated Travel Time to UNICO from Tulum Airport: 1 hour, 5 minutes *It appears that it might cost more to transfer from the Tulum airport than from Cancun. Transportation to/from the airport can be arranged personally or through the Vacation Maker Team with the resort. Additionally, we are looking into more affordable options. Group Travel
For those who want to schedule transfers with other guests arriving around the same time, here is a spreadsheet. Add your name, flight information, and phone number. Someone will have to volunteer to make the reservation for the group. It is noted that the transfer can hold up to 7 people.
